Aestus refund policy
We hope you enjoyed your purchase! However, if you are not satisfied, don't worry, you can return your product absolutely free!
There are a few possible situations in which you can return your product:
- If a order has been delayed.
The number of days you can request a refund from Aestus is according to the shipping deadline, which is 45 days.
- If you have not received the product.
If you claim that you have not received an order from Aestus and the tracking information shows otherwise, Aestus will not refund you unless you can prove it with a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official stamp.
On the other hand, there may be a tracking information alert due to an incorrect address, unexplained customs, unknown number or non-existent person, etc. This is a reason to request a refund.
- If a product has been damaged.
You can get a full refund or a replacement product if the product arrived severely damaged. Of course, there would be evidence needed for this: photos, videos, etc. Slightly damaged items get a partial refund.
- If a product was incorrect.
Aestus offers a full refund or replacement in the event that your product is completely incorrect. For incorrect product variations, such as an incorrect size or color (re-tested), the Aestus team can partially refund the same for the missing item details (or Aestus will send them back to you).
In addition, a full refund is possible for order cancellation. In case the product was not processed in the warehouse.
It is worth mentioning that you can only request a refund or return of a product within a maximum of 10 days after the product has arrived. Furthermore, it is impossible if the tracking information is not traceable.
